Carbon and alloy steels

Ferrous metal forgings are a key part of our production, with the most commonly used material being 42CrMo4 alloy steel, valued for its high strength, toughness and resistance to fatigue and wear. However, we also process other carbon and alloy steels that find application in applications with extreme mechanical or temperature demands. Through open and close-die forging, we achieve precise shape, optimal fiber flow and stable mechanical properties of the forgings. Each piece undergoes careful quality control to meet specific customer requirements and provide long-term reliability in demanding operating conditions.
