Company Vision
The consolidation taking place in the forging industry has resulted in a shortage of high-quality and cost-effective solutions for OEM manufacturers. They are forced to choose between two options: coordinate a number of small manufacturers or accept uncompromising offers from multinational forging giants. The first option is inefficient, the second disadvantageous. CPF eliminates this dilemma. It offers OEM manufacturers of all sizes its forging services in a form that is responsive and customer-friendly.
Ownership Structure
CPF was established on May 1, 2003 as a management-owned company through an external acquisition. According to the acquisition terms, in 2008 the top managers became 100% owners of the company. The manager-owners form a highly qualified international team with extensive experience in the forging industry, restructuring, international trade and financial management.
Production and Operations
CPF uses a total of 2 renovated production halls for its production. Production halls and storage areas are equipped with remotely controlled crane systems with a capacity of up to 20t.
